On Easter there will be changes in the operation of Rīgas satiksme parking lots and customer service centres; public transport will run according to the holiday schedule
During the Easter holidays, from 18 to 21 April, there will be changes in the working hours of Rīgas satiksme parking lots and customer service centres. Public transport will run according to the holiday schedule during this period. Also, on 20 April, the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia will host Easter events, so tram 1, buses 28 and 29, and trolleybus 31 with larger passenger capacity will be running that day.
Public transport
On 20 April, the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia will host an Easter event. Therefore, larger capacity tram 1, bus 28, bus 29 and trolleybus 31 will be running.
On Good Friday, 18 April, and on Easter Monday, 21 April, public transport will run according to the holiday schedule.
Parking lots
The Riga Municipality's paid parking lots, operated by Rīgas satiksme, will be free of charge on Friday, Sunday and Monday 18, 20 and 21 April. On 19 April, the paid parking lots will be working as usual on Saturday – in tariff zones A, B, C, D from 9.00 to 17.00, in tariff zone R from 6.00 to 24.00.
The underground parking lot at K. Valdemāra iela 5a is subject to payment according to its tariffs on all days.
Customer service centres
On 17 April, the day before the holiday, the working hours of the customer service centres at Prāgas iela 1, Kurzemes prospekts 137 and Brīvības gatve 384B will be from 09.00 to 18.00. The working hours of the customer service centre at Brīvības iela 49/43 will be from 08.00 to 17.00, while the working hours of the Riga Support Centre for Ukrainians will be from 09.00 to 15.00. The working hours of the customer service centre at Stacijas laukums 2 will remain unchanged from 10.00 to 20.00.
On Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday – 18, 19, 20 and 21 April – the working hours of the customer service centre in Stacijas laukums 2 will be from 10.00 to 18.00. All other customer service centres will be closed.
